Our present facility of 4 years has just sold and we are having to vacate the property soon. We are not looking for anything fancy, and are quite willing to fix up the property. We are very respectful of the property and of the homeowners. We are recreational riders who love and care deeply for our children........ummmmm........ I mean horses.
